We currently offer the ability to book some primary care appointments, flu shots (when available), and pap smears online. If the appointment type you are looking to book isn’t available through the online booking portal, please call the office to book your appointment. Use the appropriate link below to book an appointment. You will be asked for your name, health card number and birth date to log into the online booking application.
